Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mailfornet (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Mailfornet provides receive-only email addresses and related tools, including a Gmail alias generator. Free temporary addresses expire automatically after a limited period, and all associated messages are deleted at that time. Paid plans provide permanent addresses and additional features as described on our Pricing page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you purchase a paid plan, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Acceptable use
The Service is intended to help you protect your privacy. You agree not to use it to:
- commit fraud, phishing, identity theft or any other unlawful activity;
- harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person or organisation;
- create accounts in bulk, operate bots, or abuse free trials, referral programmes or promotions;
- evade a ban or suspension imposed by another service;
- receive, store or distribute unlawful content;
- interfere with, overload, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to any inbox that is not yours.
We may suspend or block any address, account, IP address or network that violates these Terms, with or without notice.
4. Paid plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Any one-time setup fee is charged with the first payment.
- You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling ends the plan immediately and permanently deletes all of your permanent addresses and saved messages; only your empty account remains. Unused paid time is not refunded except as described in our Refund Policy.
- If you don't renew, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We email you a reminder each day during the last 5 days of a plan.
- When a plan ends, your permanent addresses keep receiving mail for a 7-day grace period. If the plan is not renewed by then, all saved messages are permanently deleted. Your account and addresses remain yours.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of a payment. Requests are reviewed by our billing team, and an approved refund closes the plan and deletes its data, as described in our Refund Policy.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- We may change plan prices or features. Changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
5. Temporary addresses are not for critical accounts
Temporary addresses are deleted by design. Do not use them for banking, payments, employment, healthcare, government services or any account you may need to recover later. Mailfornet is not responsible for loss of access to any third-party account resulting from an expired address.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Mailfornet fast and reliable. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, that any particular website will accept our domains, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some optional networks offered on the site are operated by third parties and may change or become unavailable at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailfornet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or access to third-party accounts, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle information.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
