Refund Policy
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 14 days of your payment and, once our team confirms it, you get every cent back.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If a paid plan isn't right for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of your payment and get that payment back in full, the one-time setup fee included. You don't have to give a reason, though telling us what went wrong helps us fix it.
2. Cancelling and refunding are two different things
You'll find two separate buttons in your account, and it's worth knowing which one you want:
- Cancel plan ends your plan straight away and deletes all of your addresses and saved emails. No money comes back. Use it when you simply want to stop.
- Request a refund asks for your money back. Your plan keeps working, and nothing is deleted, until we've reviewed it.
3. How to request a refund
- Log in and open your account.
- In the "Your plan" section, click Request a refund.
- Tell us what went wrong if you'd like to (optional) and send the request.
- You'll get an email confirming we have it, and our billing team takes it from there.
The button appears while your latest payment is still inside the 14-day window. If you can't see it, message us within the same 14 days and we'll sort it out.
4. What happens after you ask
- A person on our billing team reviews every request, normally within 1–2 business days.
- While it's being reviewed, your plan keeps running and your addresses and mail stay exactly as they are.
- If it's approved: the money goes back to your original payment method, your plan closes, and your addresses and saved emails are permanently deleted. We'll email you to confirm.
- If it can't be approved: we'll email you the reason, and your plan carries on as normal. You can reply to that email if you think we've got it wrong.
Please download any emails you want to keep before a refund is approved. Once the data is deleted it cannot be recovered. If you subscribe to the same plan again later, the setup fee applies again.
5. When refunds are not available
- More than 14 days have passed since the payment.
- Your account has had a refund before. The guarantee can be used once per account.
- The account was suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, for example spam, fraud or abuse.
- Older payments: only your most recent payment can be refunded.
After the 14 days you can still cancel at any time, just without a refund. If you'd rather use the time you've already paid for, don't cancel at all — simply don't renew, and the plan stays active until its end date.
6. How long refunds take
Once approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method through PayPal, and normally reaches you within 5 business days. A PayPal balance usually shows it within minutes; a debit or credit card can take a few days longer, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. We answer billing questions quickly, and a refund through us is faster than a chargeback. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended while it is resolved.
